Conceptualised, directed, shot, and edited a flagship brand and investor video to power SPCE’s fundraising campaign. We built the narrative around the founders’ story and long-term ambition for reshaping student accommodation. We articulated the product, market gap, and growth potential.

The video became the centre-piece asset across SPCE’s Seedrs campaign, investor outreach, press features, and digital channels.
